Refund Policy for AIDP

Thank you for using our AIDP Site. We offer a limited refund policy as described below.

No Refunds for Completed Digital Services

Since our ID card generation service is digital, we generally do not offer refunds for successfully completed orders. Once your ID card has been generated and delivered to you electronically, we cannot reverse this process.

Refunds for Exceptions

We understand that mistakes happen. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Errors: If our system experiences a technical error that prevents you from generating your ID card or results in an incorrect ID card being generated, we will issue a full refund.
  • Our Error: If we make a mistake in processing your order or generating your ID card, we will issue a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Please note that all refund decisions are final.
